Owen has brought excitement into the new year for Corey and me.
I'm amazed everyday...he is truly a blessing! He's been a good little boy for us and we can't believe that in a couple of days he'll be a month old already! Everyone has been right so far about him growing up fast. He is outgrowing his newborn sleepers and now we need to face him the long way in his crib because his feet are starting to touch the sides.
He is so expressive when he's awake and while he sleeps. We have caught him laughing in his sleep and have had him smile at us a lot. I'm enjoying every minute of my maternity leave. Owen, Corey and I have made a few trips outside of the house. We laugh at how 'quickly' we do things now while he's sleeping, from changing diapers before he pees all over the place to making a list when we venture out to run errands. We still need to master getting ready faster. I can't believe all the preparation in getting a baby (and ourselves) ready to 'go out.'
Well, my time is limited...I can hear Owen waking up...

What fun you all are having. Isn't a baby just the greatest! And...Owen is just so cute and the outfit in the picture is absolutely adorable on him. What a cutie! Thanks so much for sharing these awesome pictures. It's such fun watching Owen grow in just one month. :)
